♡ How long will it take for my order to ship?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. It may take 5-7 business days if there are high volumes of orders coming in. All orders are packed by myself so please be patient :)

♡ What countries do I ship to?

I ship to USA(domestic) and most international countries. If your country is not available, please contact me and I can add it to the list. EU/UK customers please shop from my etsy! Any orders placed from EU/UK will be refunded. Customers from France or Germany may contact me as there are packaging laws that prevent me from shipping to your country.

♡ How long will it take for my order to arrive?

For USA customers, please wait 1-2 weeks for your order.
For international customers, please wait 3-6+ weeks for your order to arrive.
If there is a problem with your order or it did not arrive, please contact me.

♡ What are preorder items?

Preorder means that I currently do not have the products yet. It could mean that the final design has not been completed or that the product is still in production. Orders that contain a preorder item will not be shipped until all products are in my hands. An estimate of production time is given in the description of the listings. Preorder items may take week-months before they can be shipped to you.

♡ I need to change the address/info in my order. What can I do?

Please DM or email me ASAP. I cannot change any information after the order has processed and been shipped.

♡ Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I currently do not accept returns or exchanges. If you have any issues with your order, please contact me!
